Activity management is one of the core features of every CRM system. However, we see quite often these being underutilized, and only a few of the salespersons are actually managing their job with a Sales CRM.
To fix this issue, we have not only made it easy to create the activity records but also the SC Deals users will receive a notification whenever some of their activities are due.
SC Deals will send the users a notification 1 hour in advance for:
- Phone call activities that are not yet marked complete and have a scheduled start time
- Tasks that are not yet marked as complete and have a Due date set
