In order to make your choice easier, we have analysed some of the best sales calls tracking software available today. Here is what we found:
1. SC Calls
SC Calls is our own sales calls tracking software solution, which can be used as part of the SuperCards package or as a stand alone program.
Of course, when developing our solution we have made sure that it checks all the requirements listed above but, on top of that, we are constantly working to offer you more capabilities with an even smoother user experience.
Pros: Checks all of our requirements
Works on top of Teams so you don’t need to install new software
It offers the security and reliability of a Microsoft environment
It can be used as part of SuperCards solution or as a stand-alone software
Cons: You need to have Teams installed.
2. Hubspot
HubSpot sales call tracking software is a natively integrated built-in of their CRM and Sales suite. The software offer the user the possibility of tracking them and viewing analytics. There’s also the option to create a queue of calls, and an option to record each call. Calls are also automatically logged into Hubspot’s own CRM or Salesforce. Finally, the tool can be accessed via Hubspot mobile app. The minus side? Well, you have to have Hubspot CRM or Salesforce in place to use it.
Pros: Free to use
Checks most of our requirements
Cons: You must have Hubspot CRM
No alerts or notifications listed
3. Pipedrive
PipeDrive also offers a sales calls tracking software integrated into their own CRM solution. The calls are made from PipeDrive itself, and the user will have to be in possession of credit to place them. In return, the software offers the possibility of being used on PipeDrive’s own mobile app, automatically track the calls, record the calls, update the customer profiles and take notes during the call, and integrate all that data into PipeDrive CRM.
Pros: Included in PipeDrive CRM
Checks most of our requirements
Cons: You must have Pipedrive CRM
No alerts or notifications listed
You need to reload “credit” to make the calls
4. Salesx.io
Salesx.io offers a call tracking software that can be integrated with your own CRM, but it is unclear with which. The software is used on the browser for desktop devices and on a native app for iOS and Android on mobile. It offers the users the possibility to record calls, instant access to customer data while on the call and automatic log-in of calls.
Pros: You can use your own CRM
Checks some of our requirements
Cons: It is unclear which CRM integrations are supported
No alerts or notifications listed
No automatic integration of customer data
5. Salesmate
Salesmate is yet another sales calls tracking software integrated into its own CRM solution, that allows users make calls from within the CRM itself thanks to a built-in virtual phone system. The software also offers the capabilities of automatically logging calls, recording them, setting alerts and reminders and creating reports. It is unclear, however, how the software would work on a mobile device.
Pros: Checks several of our requirements
Cons: It is unclear how it would work on mobile
You must use Salesmate CRM
No access to customer data during the calls mentioned
6. Salestrail
Salestrail is focused on helping remote sales teams keep track of mobile calls. The software includes an analytics dashboard and a mobile app that log calls automatically either into the Salestrail analytics dashboard, to Salesforce or to other analytics or CRM through APIs. It is also possible to take notes of the calls and get reminders and notifications via a virtual assistant.

Cons: No mention to real-time or historic insights
No mention to customer profiles
